Belarus creates a new economy, Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich stated at the meeting of the Council of Ministers. 
        Last year and this year, the government made a real step forward in the construction of new factories and industries, - said the prime minister. 2013 should see more than 20 of them launched, some have already been put into operation. New enterprises of the manufacturing sector are set up across the regions of the country. In the first quarter of this year 317 such enterprises were created - summed up Mikhail Myasnikovich.
