The Belarusian experience in prompt manufacturing application of its scientific achievements should be taken into account in the implementation of the Union State programs, Deputy Chairman of the commission for social policy, science, culture, and humanitarian issues of the Union State Parliamentary Assembly, Chairman of the permanent commission for education, science, culture and social development of the Council of the Republic Nikolai Kazarovets told media. According to the senator, the Union State MPs are preparing recommendations for the Union State Council of Ministers. The proposals are aimed, first of all, at enhancing the efficiency of the implementation of scientific programs in the union State. Among the proposals to be sent to the Union State Parliament is the one to extend the authorities of the Parliamentary Assembly, in particular the commission on social policy, science, culture, and humanitarian issues. "The members of the commission have enough experience to consider programs and projects, to recommend them to the Government," explained Nikolai Kazarovets.
