Belarus’ MPs to discuss economic ties during visits to Sri Lanka, Czechia


          Trade and economic matters will be top on the agenda during the official visits of senior officials of the House of Representatives to Sri Lanka and Czechia in November, BelTA quotes Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko. He added that the major purpose of the visits is to boost trade, including by means of setting up Belarusian assembly factories in these countries.
         “Naturally, we will improve the legal framework and share best practices in the legislative field, because this is essential for deepening the cooperation,” Vladimir Andreichenko said.
The parties will also discuss mutual support on the international arena, in particular, within the framework of parliamentary organizations.
“The agenda is very broad. The ultimate goal is to boost bilateral trade and expand economic ties,” the Speaker underlined.
