Domracheva becomes protagonist of a documentary

Three-time Olympic champion Darya Domracheva has become one of the heroines in the documentary Rings of the World, according to media reports.

Sergei Miroshnichenko’s Rings of the World stars biathletes Darya Domracheva and Ole Einar Bjorndalen, short track skater Viktor Ahn, figure-skaters Yevgeny Plyushchenko Yulia Lipnitskaya, Tatyana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov, ice hockey player Pavel Datsyuk and other famous athletes.

The film tells the story of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.

The documentary, which has made part of the official film archive of the International Olympic Committee, will be officially released on 16 June.
