Indonesia views opening of its diplomatic mission in Minsk as important

        Indonesia emphasized the importance of opening its diplomatic mission in Minsk at the meeting between Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko and Vice Speaker of the People’s Representative Council of Indonesia Agus Hermanto, the press service of the House of Representatives informed.

During the meeting that took place in Moscow as part of the first meeting of the speakers of parliament of Eurasian countries, the parties praised regular bilateral political and inter-parliamentary contacts and expressed confidence that the parliamentary diplomacy can do a lot for strengthening ties between Belarus and Indonesia. The parties agreed on further exchange of parliamentary visits with the aim of searching for new cooperation areas.
