La Cámara de Representantes en la sesión de primavera analizará la ratificación del convenio sobre la zona de libre comercio entre la Unión Económica Euroasiática y Serbia, comentó el miembro de la Comisión Permanente para los Asuntos Internacionales, Serguéi Dik.
El convenio tiene como fin favorecer al desarrollo de la colaboración económica y comercial de los países de la UEE y Serbia. “Belarús, Kazajistán y Rusia ya tienen acuerdos bilaterales sobre el comercio libre con el país dicho. El objetivo del documento es unificar el régimen comercial para los demás estados de la Unión Económica Euroasiática, es decir, para Armenia y Kirguistán”, explicó Serguéi Dik.
El diputado marcó que el instrumento toma en cuenta las tendencias actuales de las relaciones comerciales, se renueva su parte de regulación. De este modo, se amplían las oportunidades de exportación de la Unión Económica Euroasiática en general y cada país de la Unión por separado, acentuó el parlamentario.
Como se comunicaba, el convenio de la zona de libre comercio entre la Unión Económica Euroasiática y Serbia fue firmado en octubre de 2019 en la sesión del Consejo Intergubernamental Euroasiático en Moscú. El documento contiene las ventajas económicas para los países de la Unión y Serbia tanto a corto plazo, porque supone el ahorro momentáneo de pagos aduaneros respecto al cumplimiento de la exportación, como a medio plazo debido a la realización de las posibilidades de exportación con la ampliación del régimen del comercio libre.
Además de las obligaciones arancelarias, el acuerdo prevé innovaciones jurídicas destinadas a garantizar la estabilidad, la previsibilidad y la transparencia de las transacciones comerciales. Por ejemplo, los acuerdos establecen obligaciones para cumplir las normas internacionales relativas a los procedimientos de concesión de licencias, prohibiciones y restricciones cuantitativas, reglamentación técnica y medidas sanitarias y fitosanitarias, medidas antidumping, compensatorias y de protección especial, y protección de los derechos de propiedad intelectual.
